This week I’ve been feeling a lot more pregnant. I’m sure that sounds a bit contradictory, but there is definitely a time in the 3rd trimester where the uncomfortableness is taken to another level. That definitely seemed to hit me this week as I passed the 34 week mark. We are unbelievably excited to meet our little one, but I’m trying not to wish these last couple of weeks to go by too fast.

The one thing that has helped out a ton is that we’ve managed to get a slight reprieve from the Texas. That has made staying active during this part of my pregnancy a lot easier. My pup and I have really been enjoying our morning walks with the better weather. And going around the same time every morning, we have a great time saying hi to all the others who are out and about around that time.
It has also been a time of trying to really get organized and have the house clean knowing that our baby really could come at any time now. It probably seems a little silly, but the more I do to prepare, the more I feel ready for the changes that our baby will bring.
Erin condren life planner
If you are a fan of a written planner – the life planner by Erin Condren is by far my favorite. Not only are the designs awesome, but the layout of the pages helps take your organization to the next level. I have been using the Life Planner for about 3 years now and I don’t think I could go back to using another type of planner.
Rhoback polos
Our neighbor introduced us to this company, and after my husband bought one of their polos to wear golfing, we were hooked. The material is awesome and is perfect for the hot summer days when you are outside. Another huge bonus, the washing maintenance is extremely easy for them.

The style is extremely flattering as well. I’d say it is one of my favorite shirts that my husband owns. And for these reasons, I got another polo each for my dad and my husband for father’s day this year. I also have my eye on their women’s hats for a potential future purchase 🙂
bLUELIGHT PROTECTING GLASSES
With continuing to work remote, I feel like I’m spending even more time in front of a screen. There have definitely been a few days where I’ve felt the eye strain from that much time in front of my computer. I was a bit skeptical of how well these glasses would work, but after trying them for a few months now, I am a huge fan.

For me, they have really reduced the eye strain I was feeling, and the occasional headache I used to get from too much screen time. I am still very conscious about taking breaks from the screen (as well as from sitting too much), which I’m sure also helps. But if you find yourself spending a ton of time in front of the screen, I do think a pair of these glasses are worth it.
What were some of your favorite things from the week. Let me know in the comment section below?
