My healthy lifestyle philosophy has always been about maintaining balance. A balanced diet, a balanced fitness regimen, and a work-life balance to minimize stress and maximize happiness. But this became much more difficult when my husband and I took on careers that involve long hours and frequent travel. After a year of adjustment I refound the balance in my life and after hearing requests of how I did it from others who felt to busy to maintain a healthy lifestyle, the idea for Squat Run then Coffee was founded.
